Dragonflies (Year 5)
Welcome to Year 5 class
Year 5’s class name is the ‘Dragonflies’ this year.
The Norfolk Broads is made up of six rivers and over 60 broads and other areas of open water, woodland and grazing marshes. These areas provide different habitats and support the rare wildlife that love the wetlands, including the amazing dragonfly!
One of the largest and rarest dragonflies is the Norfolk Hawker. It is most often found in the fens and grazing marshes of the Broads. How lucky are we? The Broads Authority logo is a dragonfly so it only seems natural that any money raised this year by Year 5 will be supporting this super trust to help maintain and offer support to all of their future projects.
